Initial Consultation
During your first visit to the clinic:

We address your key concerns.

Take an in-depth health history, identifying past influences and patterns and current states of being.

Make a plan for first steps of treatment, and create a goal to move towards.
Follow-up Consultation
During following visits to the clinic:

We check in to address any changes since our last visit.

We discuss how the herbal treatments and life style changes have suited you and your life.

We make any adjustments necessary to support you moving forward.
Refills
When looking to have a formula refilled, that is currently handled by the Pacific Rim College Dispensary and all requests for refills should be sent through their contact.
Please note that not all formulas are available for refill and if it has been 4 months or more since our last check in, a consultation may be necessary prior to refilling a formula.
The Journey
About Calliope Herbal
Rooted in both science and tradition, this herbal practice is led by Nicole Smith, a dedicated student herbalist in their final semester of study at Pacific Rim College. Her current area of study in Phytotherapy is complimentary to Smith's previous background in both environmental sciences and horticulture. Bridging deep plant knowledge with holistic care, Smith centres their work around reconnecting with the rhythms of the earth and the innate intelligence of our bodies to support client health goals.
With a strong foundation in both academic study and hands-on experience, Calliope Herbal blends evidence-based insight with time-honoured approaches to wellness. Each offering is guided by intention, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing growth — honoring the wisdom of our plant kin and the unique path of every individual.
